Default Where can i take on the flywheel ?

Hello ,

i rebuilt a new D24T and i want to remove some weights on the flywheels , but where can i take on it ?
i want to take off the maximu i can
i want he revs faster

I'm not sure this is a good idea? I'm sure you can take it from where ever you'd like, as long as you keep it balanced?

I would be worried about the engine internals.. how are they going to handle any excess speed?
