Default 1979-82 240 D24 blue glow plug relay

Looking for the blue glow plug relay (under the dash) for my 264. Anyone have a good used one (or new one) that is reasonably priced? Trying to avoid spending a ton on a new one... Thank you.

I think I have a new GP controller, I will check.
Why not switch over to the 7/9 series glow plug controller?

Tweaked your subject line to say "1979-1982" rather than "1989-82", assuming that had been a typo...

I have *never* seen a '79 MY in the US. Do they exist here... or in Europe? I have seen them in print, but to my knowledge they were brought over in 1980 for the first time. Then they stopped in '81, and begun again in '82 ending for the final time in 84 (84.5 technically...) But yes... that was a typo... I meant to type "80-82" but I must have hit the "9" instead of the "0" and not caught it

I would be interested in the relay if you one one, Anders. I really don't want to change the system over. I'd rather keep the original system and motor on.

Thanks!

Oops, figured it was a typo, but I corrected to the wrong thing! Maybe shoulda stayed out of it to begin with, but seemed a little unclear.

I too have never seen a '79 diesel although I believe they theoretically exist (maybe not here). Never know though...

No worries... I should probably proofread things before posting.

As for the '79's... I am not even sure if they existed overseas... did they? Can't say that I have seen any. The '80 is a rare breed here in the US. I have owned quite a few and have two currently.
