Default d24 n/a eroded injector seats

I have a d24 used in a emergency generator. The areas under injectors 1 3 and 4 are eroded out to the point the injector will not seat and is leaking are the injectors. Has anyone seen this before and is there any fix for it other than a head replacement?

Are you sure its not the heat shield thats messed up? If the seating surface of the heat shield has been pounded out, other than welding there isn't a fix that I know of unless you can find a machine shop that can resurface that spot. I don't think you can cut much out though. That would happen from loose injectors pounding on the seat, and also as it would get worse compression and exhaust gasses escaping would burn away more head material as time goes on.
