Default more power from d24t

hi, i got my first d24t and ajdusted the IP a little.
i turned the star gear about 1.5 turns, turned the diaphram to deepest and
shaved down the nylon washer about .100.
when not riding it gets to limiter normally but when riding it starts to
hang about 3k rpms.
whats the problem? not getting enough fuel or i tuned something too much?

much thanks

What else have you done?
Adjusted the waste gate for more boost?
Hangs at 3000rpm as it won't rev past or won't idle lower?
Do you have EGT and boost gauges?

Did you happen to change the throttle linkage?
How does it idle after your adjustments? Same RPM?
Have you changed your fuel filter? If you haven't yet I would do so.
It might be just a clogged fuel filter. The boost enrichment should not affect redline.
Shaving the nylon washer does nothing until you get into higher boost levels.
If your going to be modding your D24T I would highly recommend getting an EGT gauge and boost gauge.
