Default 82 D24T hard starting

So I went out this morning and I tried to start my vehicle. I think I've got a problem. I tried turning it over and it didn't want to start. My glow plugs are wired to a button that I push to turn them on. I hit the glow plugs for a few seconds and let it warm up a little bit. I went to crank it and it would just crank. Finally I tried holding the plug button and turning it over and it started but it started pretty rough. I drove it to work and it doesn't sound right. The turbo sounds like it doesn't push as much boost. If anyone has any ideas shoot em to me. Thanks guys.

And I don't have any excessive black smoke, grey smoke, or blue smoke.
