Thumbs up We now have a link on IPD's website!

I got in contact with the webmaster for the ipd website and they were nice enough to include a link to the forum in their websites and forums section. Hopefully it will help generate more members...

Oh really??

Maybe it should be mentioned some how that I am a D24 savvy. I would appreciate Diesel side work.

Well theres nothing on their site besides just a link to the forum. I suppose I could add a section for diesel experts or mechanics that can help you get your car running or do repairs. We could just do it by area and list you contact info...

That wouldn't be a bad idea. Seems like D24/T owners have a lot of trouble finding knowledgeable people to work on their cars. Could help a lot of people out.

In the Seattle area, I think the only people capable of doing Volvo diesel work are the place where I work and Larry's Volvo on Beacon Hill. Barrier Volvo also has all the tools and one old guy who could probably do the work, but hasn't dealt with a diesel in over a decade.

In Portland, it sounds like Kevin's shop (Volvos Only) and MVP where Chris Bogue works are both able to do it.

I have heard of a guy in Lincoln, Nebraska who knows about them but don't have the details. Then of course there is Tom Bryant in Maine.

it's really a good move i wish the best for this website at the end it will help all of us but the real problem that many owners of the d24t-tic don't know that the name of that engine wish is the d24t they just know a VW engine so i suggest another clear picture of the engine from upper view in order to know the engine that he is the vw engine in this picture in the buttom it's taken from the side of the engine so try to identify that he is the vw engine.
gooood luck guys i wish all the best for this website our website...

I can add another section no problem. I guess it would be best for you to pm me the details of what you want in the section as far as contact info and I'll set it up.
