Those engines are usually not found that clean on this side of the pond. Last one I bought was a D24 N/A with that crunchy diesel-saturated-soot patina. Had to get the pressure washer "up close and personal' to get that crud off. And there was evidence of a mouse or chipmunk nest between the IP and the valve cover. But I only paid $95- no tranny but all the front end belt-driven accessories were included.
Looks a little weird caddy-cornered in your trunk like that. But I guess that was a better choice than the roof rack.
