Well, you new turbo is better at 15PSI that the stock one at 25PSI because the new provide a bigger airflow. About the intercooler setups, I posted a few. The intercooler used in the D24TIC is the same used in the 90+ B230FT, that intercooler start to loose "power" at 12PSI and "explode" at 18PSI, you can find more info here:
