So I Finaly have my d24tt project underway, started tearing down for rebuild after the unfortunate extreme overheat I had. Found that my loss of compression was entirely in the head. Melted 3 very large chunks of metal out around 3 exhaust valve seats, no machine shop that's open right now will weld on it, (I found one that may do it this summer) but need to get it done soon, the garage I'm working in doesn't want it there too long. So if you guys hear of any heads floating around for sale I would appreciate it. They don't have to have a cam, or even valves, but valves would be nice. I'm sure there's not one in this state, as I'm in Ohio and most of you Americans are out west, so I don't mind paying to ship. I found a brand New head, but they wanted more than I paid for the car lol. Thanks guys!
