Default Greetings from Estonia

Hello fellow coal rollers and turbo spinners.

I've been lurking around on d24t.com for quite a while now, gathering ideas and information for an built engine and as I'm actually finally starting to do some real work and buying parts, I decided to register to get advice from you guys and also to share my some of my thoughts.

SO, the car I'm driving is a 1993 Volvo 760 estate, m46, g80, d24t (prolly from the 80's). According to VIN it used to be an automatic turbo gasser but one of the previous owners swapped the engine and gearbox.
The current engine seems to be on the edge of collapse.. it doesn't start without glow plugs even in the summer, hg seems to be leaking, it sounds as if it's going to blow up any minute and the oil and coolant consumption is nuts.
Anyway, last summer (few months after I bought the car) I odtained an rebuilt bottom of an d24t from my friend. Since then I've been dreaming of mounting Scania turbos, hood stacks and all the good stuff to it but fortunately I was quite broke at that time and I couldn't accomplish any of it. But now that I have had some time to reconsider it all I have come to more reasonable plans such as 11mm pump head, IC, MLS HG, ARP bolts, VGT and a hope to run about 2.5 bar of boost and I hope you will help me.
