5201 is the kinked wrench extension for the rear cam bolt and IP nut:



It does help considerably on a 200 series diesel since there's so little room between the motor and firewall, especially if the bolt is on tight.... there have been many occasions when I have been very grateful for it, though you can get by without if the bolt was last installed by someone reasonable.

I do have one, happy to loan, although I don't know what the cross-border shipping in two directions would be like.

You could probably also get someone clever with a welder to make you a reasonable homebrew version without too much trouble, starting with a 19mm box wrench and a half-inch-drive socket. Nothing too tricky or precise about it, you just need two bends to put the outer end in an accessible place, and a way to plug a breaker bar into it.
