Some rod bolts are TTY, one time use. They have a conical shape bolt head with no markings. I would not try my luck reusing those.
The spherical shaped bolt heads with markings on them can be reused.
ARP sells rod bolts for the 1.6, get a set and a half of those, install them and then go get the rods re-sized.
