The issue is that this particular one is not a swap, rather it is a Euro spec 245 with a factory diesel. The first problem is that it is a 1990 Euro spec. No air bags, which may or may not be a DOT problem. The 2nd is that it is a factory diesel, which is an EPA problem. Getting it titled and registered may be an issue. The last year for a 240 diesel in the US was 1984, though they went late into 1984 into the 85 model year as 1984 models. The last year for 700 series diesels was 1986. I believe that was also thanks to the EPA.
