I purchased the depressor tool from Samstag Sales last December , they are located in Carthage TN., U.S. I have also noticed the valve tools on EBay from time to time. Hazet 2574 is not the correct tool for depressing the buckets, Hazet 2574-1 is correct. A few years ago I purchased a set of valve tools from a prolific member on this board, he sent me the correct pliers, but the depressor was apparently for a petrol powered Audi, the depressor tool is about 30USD from Samstags.
