That timing spec seems quite delayed to me. .87MM for US emissions, and .91 for European.
As far as I know, the only patter problem with the oil coolers is leaking.
There is a pressure control spring and piston behind the big bolt at the bottom of the oil pump.
Idle speed should be over 750 RPM. warm
