I'm in central Ohio. I have been messing with it a lot lately, think it may be something simple. It turned over wen we Got it home and i actually Got it to try to start off a very small amount of eather. The pump belt is stretched so much that its totally not touching the pump pulley . being that it tried to start I'm replacing pump belt now and seeing what it does. Need to rewire the temp sensor, its trying to cycle glow plugs really long since it failed. And need a lower rad hose to replace the broken one. May have to get a universal kit every place I've contacted can't get one. I'll keep updating on hot it goes.may have more questions about getting parts if there is internal damage.
