Hi,

I have 1988 245 with D24 and I would like to add Turbo. Maybe someone would describe which parts I need from the 700 / 900series D24T / D24Tic? Because if I just take the Intake and Exhaust manifold, Turbo, Exhaust pipe (only the first section or all?), Oil filter fitting from the 700 series (D24T), would it be enough? Or I also need a fuel pump and injectors from D24T? And what about an alternator, because I see that the 700series older D24T has it in the lower mount, but the newer ones are upper mount - 80A instead of 55A at older ones, so theoretically if I have a 55A alternator, should a turbo fit? Or I need to change position? And about oil return line, is there any pressure after Turbo? Because instead of welding, I could just drill a hole and make a thread?
