Assuming the rest of the hose is in good condition, can you splice it with a small section of appropriately-sized copper pipe? Cut out the damaged section, slip the copper pipe into both sides, hose clamps.

Then tie-wrap the hose to the radiator support crosspiece to keep it off the crank pulley. There should be a half-round clamp there to position the hose away from the pulley but those are often missing.
