Hope this doesn't look like those standard forum response "They all do that." But-- They seem to be doggy until around 2500 RPM or so.
Anyway, continuing on lowandsmokey's line of thought:
Is it smoking? Under what conditions? RPM/Load? Has the orientation of the rubber LDA diaphragm (and more importantly, the resultant orientation of the ramped pin) changed?
