Most of the pumps have been built into 12mm super pumps and sold, the few remaining will most likely end up as super pumps too, or at least parts donors :-).

This one was removed from a 1980 244, I was told it was good but couldn't verify because the engine had such low compression I couldn't get it started. $170 shipped in the US.

This one was pulled from a running 244, I drove this car and it ran good. Pump looks to be rebuilt. $320 shipped in the US.

This one was from a 1985 744, not sure on condition. I was told it was good when I acquired it back in 2010. $220 shipped in the US.

Rebuilt d24t injection pump (by volvo) it may also be new. I ran it on my car for 1500 miles before I installed my turned up pump and then sold the car.
$820 shipped in the US.
