Running bad

Under the cover was fine. Cam looks good, cant see any sign of valve damage.
Dont know what to look at next.

Running scared

Hi Just got to have another lock at it and cant figure how to lock the pump in the right timing position.
The car was runnign at high revs on the motorway and black smoke appeared, not too much and...
