Looks like the bracket was torqued down without the spacers. If they are lost you could probably improvise some from the hardware store by stacking washers to get the correct height or pretty close.

Hi JP, I was thinking about radiator hoses, I used 5/8 ID mil spec silicone hose for the heater hoses. It was not a difficult task. Radiator hoses have been available recently. :cool:

Good to know. Most of the challenge would be finding the proper copper reducer for connecting the sections to the large diameter thermostat housing.
