Hello from Sweden! I have a 264 1979 with a d24tic from a volvo 740 GLE. I bought it in may 2014 and the engine was original. In june 2016 i mounted a 11mm pump element from a volvo td40 engine. And it got alot of food (diesel). In august 2016 i sended my original turbo to GIK Turbo here in sweden so they upgraded the turbo.. after the pump and turbo upgrade i had the car on dyno. I got 155hp on the engine on only 1.4bar of boost. And in december 2016 i mounted a big aluminium 2.5 inch intercooler, 2.5 inch boost pipes, NA intake and new dnosd 293 nozzles and i havent dynoed the car after this upgrades.
Maybe in winter i renovate the whole engine and mount a bigger turbo and maybe a 12mm pump.
