Nozzle injectors

What do you think about nozzle injectors from BMW 2.5 TDS or all injectors to D24T :?:

If it isn't broken, fix it until it is.

but the end of the injector of bmw have larger holes, so we have a better injection and combustion.

My car has a 3" exhaust. I could change it to 4", but it won't be any faster.
We have the correct spray angle, and good atomization.
I think you need to change the pump quite a bit before injectors are your bottleneck.

I want to 100-110kW, so factory injectors will be good, but pump ?
I heard that the pump is best lodge with two, down from the d24, and the top from d24t

But what if swital installed "GTD" nozzles instead of the traditional type? I would assume they would provide more fuel. I think an advantage of going with these GTD nozzles over say, a nozzle for a non-VW IDI application, would be the spray shape and angle should be compatible / the same.

If doing this you would want to check the pop pressure, maybe even advance the injection timing while you're at it.

The GTD injectors offer more needle lift, as well as possibly bigger holes.
The injection pump is a fixed volume per stroke limited by 10mm head size, then that is regulated down be the control collar. Unless those are changed the additional capacity of a larger injector isn't utilized, and I doubt you'd see much gain beyond what comes from them being new.

The goal is not much more than a D24TIC which uses the same injector as D24t.
I really think with intercooler, free exhaust and some fiddling with fuel screws, you will be there. Some of the 4 banger IDI guys are reaching this level at 25-30 PSI with stock injectors.
As far as I am aware there is no advantage to the D24 lower half, and I will definitely chose the turbo top anytime one is available.

So how I can get that 100kW or little more, factory injectors and pump ? only mbc and more boost ? of course I must do the fuel pin and maybe increase the dose of fuel. I want do it all on factory turbine.

Install an EGT gauge, Intercool, exhaust. The stock turbo will be pretty inefficient at the high end of that level, and if your head gasket isn't fresh, it will probably hate you.
