Pegaso Ekus from Spain
 

Hi there, i'm from Spain
i have an old tow truck that i'm restoring it, it's a '89 Pegaso Ekus 100.40 (VW LT50 D24T). I love that truck! I will post pictures soon.
I wrote a lot of messages on TDICLUB under 'Satiro' nickname years ago. I have too a '98 Seat Ibiza car (VW golf MK3) with a >210hps 1.9TDI engine.

Exterior white paint was in good shape, i've only painted the cab interior with green kawasaki paint. I will paint in summer the cab exterior with that colour but adding ghost pearls to the paint, and the roof in candy white.
After removing all the chassis paint in bad shape, i painted it with black antigravel. Painted rims, flocked the dashboard in blue colour, added front and rear fog lights, reverse light, working spot lights, rear cam in the license plate, fire extinguiser box, big plastic tools box, water reservoir, and a lot of goodies:p

Fuel tank has a dent i did not see until i was just painting..i have to fix it:o

Truck is equipped with a Warn winch, i've rebuilded it, installed new lead rollers for the winch cable, new cable,etc

Definitely a pretty unique vehicle, even in nowdays` Europe...

It gets the love, that shows. Useful addi(c)tions.
I missed the engine shots a little. ;)
