Those mounts were listed "Sold" on Mike's EBay account shortly after he posted them here. He has been very insistent that D24 OE mounts will never be available again. Probably true. The passenger side engine mount for the 740 TD is still available from Volvo.

I recently had both motor mounts and transmission mount replaced on my '85 740 and I don't think the garage had a problem getting the parts.

I don't think they're hard to find aftermarket, but they're so cheap I'm skeptical of quality. About 10 each on iPd or FCP.

cheap engine mount in d24t

I'm using one cheapo mount, made in india, $6 left side mount, with no problems since years ago. when I put it in, it looked softer and it may be. it tilted a bit too, but it hasn`t deformed any further.
if it goes bad earlier than the original Volvo mount, then you have more bricking.... :)

Yep, I sold them long ago. Just to be clear, the 240 D24 OE (genuine Volvo parts) are no longer available and will likely remain that way. Aftermarket ones are (were last time I checked) available, but I am not a fan of the quality. I have seen a few fail. The 200 D24 and the 700 D24T mounts are different.

I forget which side it was, but here in the US I kept getting some cheap skinny little thing for one side. I put it in anyway, and it squished way more than I liked. I ended up getting a transmission mount and using it instead, though it has no anti-rotation pins. But it was the original diameter of the engine mount and supported it much better.

If I remember right...
