D24 dyno results.
 

This is a video of my 940 d24tic at the dyno the other week.

Im using this as a benchmark for my VNT d24 project car

I couldnt find any other results/figures from doing little modifications as most of us will have done.

This is a 'standard' car, no cat, no rear silencer. 19 psi and a fair bit more fuel.

Project car will hopefully make 250-260 bhp and close to 380ft/lbs at 26-30psi

Figures are 218ft/lbs

Ohh yes... i forgot to mention that the clutch was slipping in the video.. so it actually probably makes a little more torque

Did that car originally have a cat?

probably not, its a 92. but diesel exhausts must have been tricky to get hold of and it must have been fitted with one at some point

What are your plans for headgasket at 30psi? MLS gasket, studs?

Yeah victor reinz mls and 12.9 headbolts, also running roughly 19:1 C/R
