My father-in-law used to be a volvo mechanic in ATL (I bought my 760 from him) always used them. They can get just about anything for you and usually ship the next day. They have both used and new parts and are extremely knowledgeable.

This people is awesome. Prices are ok and they really know everything about Volvo, including the D24T engine.

I made an order from William at VOLUPARTS this week. Prices are reasonable. If you are looking for OEM Volvo D24 oil filters they seems to have plenty. I bought three at $6.00 each. Looks like they had been on the shelf a good while. Can't complain for that price. They only carry GMB water pumps for the D24 however. Shipping is pricey. $19 for a box weighting no more than 12 pounds. The parts arrived next day.
