05 01 2021 Good afternoon. Approaching the mark of the distance traveled in 12000 km (since 2013 ) ... the process of replacing the timing belt does not take much time IF you have the necessary keys from the "green books" .The keys are made independently and there are not many of them for this process. With a bolt holding a 4 - kilogram pulley to which the "crankshaft gear 069 105 263" is screwed and contains a KEY, I had to tinker, but the Loctite glue gradually gave in and the process moved as I thought to completion. I remove the pulley and my eyes rest on a SMALL gear that had NO key . In 2013, I experienced a belt break, in these models of diesels everything is painful.
JP withstood 3200km and was installed on 07.2015.
Bottom line: there is no key, the gear has burst in three places https://a.d-cd.net/Z4AAAgO0N-A-960.jpg
