How much did you grind the fuel pin? I have a custom fuel pin from my friend and he said i must start no less then 1,2bar turbo pressure (he have same, but more grind and run 1,6 bar), it's right ?

Grind it untill there is almost nothing left... Or you can delete it all together, but it will be smokey down low. You can controll that with your foot however. I've had mine out of the pump for months now. You get a little more fuel out of it, if your going to max power that is..

Didn't realise you could do away with that completely!

Might give that a try, at least to see if that is a restriction on mine.

The stock one is just a hair more centered, and does not have a defined 'heel' like this one.

This one is evidently stock on a Peugeot, and looks about the same as ours.

You can see a darker stripe there the follower pin rides.

so to increase fuel if needed you grind down where the follower pin touches?

It only changes the difference between on and off boost fueling.

For more on boost fuel, you want a steeper ramp and or more travel.
