so ive decided to part the car out. everything is up for sale.

car is located in sonoma county, ca. north bay area

transmission was rebuilt 15k before the timing belt let go.

How many miles are on the car? How did the belt snap?, was it idling or driving down the road when it happened?

207k. i owned the car over 2 years ago and drove it for only a little bit. i sold it because i needed the cash. i saw one online and i was stoked. found out the guy i sold it to still owned it. he claims it was getting harder to start and eventually it wouldnt start. he stuck to that story even after i paid him and towed it home. the cam broke in 2 spots. the engine still turns over but i stopped once i found out the cam wasnt turning and popped the valve cover off.i was hoping it was a stupid fix. i would still put a head on it or put a long bock in but i cant find any parts for a reasonable price in my area.
