Hello

have know n about this forum for a while,but havent take the time to whrite anything here anyhow hears my 245 projekt that i am trying to get runing started from this

I have straighted up the engine so i get more space fore the turbo

other specs is china intercooler , 850 radiator ,960 electric fan, m46 gearbox , zf limited slip rear aksel

Hi Mats,

That's new to me, a bi-turbo D24, so what do you call it, D24TTIC ???
Anyway, a very intresting projekt!

Maybe it's not the first time you hear it but it's better twice mentioned than not.....; the cranckshaft teethpully is a little critical and i see you take the power of from the crankshaft to drive the mechanical blower.
Make sure the crankshaftpully is thightened well (i thought about 350Nm).

I think it's clever to make sure your crankshaft drive will not come loose, i heard it twice before with original D24's after (worse) repair.

so what do you call it, D24TTIC ??? just call it a enternity projekt for now, the eaton is just ther to kickstart turbo so thers not gona be that much torgue to the crankshaft ..

know the importance of the crankshaft bolt did destroy 2 engine back in the days

Looks like a hell of a project, I'm interested to see how you plumb all that together. What application did the Eaton come off?

yea will see.. dont know about the eaton think it was from some gasoline 3-3.5l engine ? dont know
