Pics of the engine bay are coming tomorrow I think, first I need to bleed my clutch, place my other radiator and hopefully install my intercooler piping..

Later I'm going to powdercoat my valve cover, distribution cover and intake, don't know what colour yet

Well, I've fucked up.

I found out that my slave cylinder was leaking, that's why I couldn't bleed it.
So just remove it, place my backup cylinder and everythings fine hé?

No, I couldn't remove my old slave cylinder, I've never seen anything so stuck

I used loosening oil, I've tried to turn it with a big set of pliers and eventually I've tried to tap it with a small hammer..
I didn't use heat because everything is a bit oily on the underside of my car, we've had a fire before.. don't want it again.

The result :

ARRGHHG :mad::rolleyes:

Even when the part is broken off, I still can't remove it.. not even in the vice and with a bigger hammer.. it won't budge.

So yeah, now I need to create something that will hold the new slave cylinder..

Small update :

Found a piece a metal and I'm fabricating a slave cylinder holder out of it

They aren't the best pics but at least you can see what's what :)

Now I need to work out the intercooler, especially what kind of intercooler would be best..
Anyone got a part number of the Iveco intercooler?

I've fitted my intercooler :)

I don't really notice allot of difference, or even a difference..
She pulls just as strong as always?

And for the fun of it, I've cleaned her up a little bit.

Do you have some more pictures on how you did the intercooler-plumbing?

What kind of stock turbocharger do you have on your 700? I found out they are the same as the ones used on VW Golf 1.6 TD's. Some years ago, I had a couple of VW Golfs, both 1.6TD's. One of them was fitted with a KKK turbocharger, and it began to make boost ealier, compared to the other one, that was a Garrett.
I have heard that the KKK is better suited for making more boost, compared to the Garrett. Dont know if it is true though.

I'll make some pics when I'm done with my work :)
But basically it's just a china piping set with some 90 degree bends, some silicon socks and some straight ends.
internal they suck flow wise.. not smooth at all where the clamps are going.

I think I have a Garret as far as I can remember.

Nice car. I wonder whether it is still running so strong with all of the mileage and after all these years.
