I'm not 100% sure what type of testing it's for.... Leakdown testing?

Ive had them on my watch list for 3 months now, last time I checked he still hadn't sold one.

I might make an offer or see if he drops price a bit, but it would probably be one of those "just to have it" kind of tools and who knows if Id ever really need to use it.
