Mostly complete.
I bought a 242 that someone was swapping a D24/m46 into and they never finished the swap. Car was garaged, but exact condition unknown. It's still bolted into car, so I can probably turn it over and get compression numbers for anyone seriously interested.

I'm assuming the motor and trans is good. (Why would someone be swapping a bad motor/trans into a car?) Car came with an extra gauge cluster that shows 166k miles, so most likely that's the mileage on the D24/m46.

This is for the complete motor and trans only. Car not included.

Located in Angels Camp, CA.

Hi and I read your post. I am about 60 miles away in Ojai. Are there compression numbers for all 6 holes? Call me as I have an 84 245 that has very low compression. Thanks, Mark 805-415-4938.

yes, I am wondering if the stock D24 is able to handle a turbo? If so, then yes.

A D24 has no problem handling the addition of a turbocharger.
I have done it on over a half dozen engines. Run good oil and keep temperatures in check and the engine will last a long time, heck it might even last longer!

What's the engine going in?
