There pretty hard to find... You also need the steering shaft that goes along with the non-power assisted rack as it is longer.
Have you tried just looping the hydraulic lines and just removing the pump and bracket? It seems to be working just fine for me.

I did remove it and loop the line and its a PITA compared to my 66 chevy with manual steering. There is a big difference in force to turn the wheel between the 2 but its SO much cleaner looking without the PWRsteering junk in the way.

I'm sure your 66 Chevy has a bus steering wheel in it? You won't find much difference going to an actual non power steering rack, lock to lock is only slightly more on the non power rack.
You can change the camber to make it steer easier, camber was set different on the non power cars. It will never be as easy to steer as it does have that 500 pound diesel up front.
The up side is you will gain some new muscles in your arms...
