Hello,I,m new here. I have the 2.4 turbo diesel 6 cylinder with inter cooler in my VW LT45 1994 manufacture. I've had it for 12years,not done many miles as a horsebox,but now have 250,000 km on the clock. I have a leaking head gasket and poor starting and cutting out occasionally. Time to take the head off, skim,check the valves etc, and also have the VE pump tested and the injectors. Turbo too I think, while I'm at it.
The rebuild will be with as many improvements that I can find on this excellent forum. I will post a few pictures as I proceed.
